About Me

With over 30 years of service in the health field, my career has been shaped by diverse roles— As a Registered Dietitian in rural settings my experience has ranged from providing nutrition assessment and education for hospital, cardiac rehab and clinic patients, to teaching sports nutrition to student athletes, developing a diabetes education program, and creating employee and student wellness programming. Through my leadership role in community health program development I spearheaded initiatives to create healthier, vibrant and more equitable communities. From one-on-one consultations to fostering community well-being, my aim has always been to empower people to live well and reach their desired outcomes.

My Approach

Whether you are referred to me by your provider or choose to work with me on your own, my approach begins with recognizing that each individual starts from a different place. Together, we navigate a path forward by first considering your personal vision of health. The focus is on setting achievable goals and objectives that are within reach, then building on them, ensuring you are an active participant in the process. I believe in deeply listening, supporting self discovery, assessing your understanding and providing information when requested. Progress is tailored to your pace, fostering a sustainable and meaningful path toward better health.
